Located a stone's throw from the Golf course and the pretty port of Ponant, in a residence with swimming pool, this air-conditioned and functional apartment of approximately 30m² ensures you have an idyllic stay, a few minutes from the beach and shops.
Its living room opens onto a pretty south-facing terrace, with a view of Lake Ponant. It has a sofa bed in the living room, a flat-screen TV, and an equipped and functional kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, freezer, etc.).
The separate bedroom has 1 double bed 140 with storage cupboards. A shower room with toilet and washing machine. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, household linen and bathroom linen are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. An outdoor car park near the residence with free access will allow you to park your car.
The swimming pool is located on the Ponant side (provided that sanitary conditions allow the opening of the swimming pool. The agency disclaims all responsibilities in the event of a decision to close the pools by the residence manager or the competent authorities. None reimbursement or compensation cannot then be claimed).
