All private.
Very large air-conditioned living room (with central fireplace and open kitchen) overlooking the garden with a large terrace with umbrellas and blinds.
4 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs) including a family room for 4 people.
All rooms are air-conditioned and overlook the garden.
4 shower rooms and 4 toilets.
1 additional open mezzanine for 4 people.
You can enjoy the comfort of many facilities: fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 large refrigerators/freezers...), hairdryers, televisions, washing machine/dryer.
Outside, a fenced garden of 2000 m2 awaits you with 2 barbecues / garden furniture / children's swing / fenced swimming pool / jacuzzi / pool house with billiards and table football.
You will find many board games and books for all ages
Towels provided.
Optional pool towel at 5€ for the stay.
Beds made on arrival.
Dogs allowed (5 euros per day per dog).
Deposit: 1000 € deposit and 160 € cleaning deposit.
