In an old building recently renovated, cottage for rent fully furnished and equipped, renovated and decorated



Our cottages can be rented all year round, by the week, fortnight, monthly, or even more: we accept long-term rentals (the cottages are equipped with heating systems)

You will appreciate the calm of the place, in the middle of nature, without neighbors or nuisances, with breathtaking views of the valley, and the proximity of the village of Salviac, which offers all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, local market every Wednesday, PMU, petrol station, restaurants, internet café, hairdresser...).
The village is a 2-minute drive away, but is also accessible by a small walking path (about 3 kms).
The cottages are ideally located if you want to visit the Périgord Noir, we are close to very touristic sites: Gourdon (10 minutes), Sarlat La Canéda (about 25 minutes), Rocamadour (45 minutes), Le Gouffre de Padirac, The Lascaux caves, Domme (10 minutes), Cahors, Collonges la Rouge, Beynac and Cazenac... and so many others!

Don't bother yourself: the beds are made on arrival and household linen is provided (tea towels, sponge, towels)
