ARZON - Port du CROUESTY From 01/January to 31/December Rated 2 stars 2-room apartment of 39m², located on the ground floor of the SOLEIL residence in ARZON with outdoor swimming pool from June 1st to September 30th. Crossing the residence there is direct access to the port of CROUESTY, quai des voiliers. RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY Arrival 4 PM Departure 10 AM, It consists of an entrance leading to the living room, a large open fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace of 12.50m² facing west offering magnificent sunsets through the masts of the boats as well as a very nice view of the PORT DU CROUESTY, a bedroom with double bed and bunk beds, a bathroom with washing machines and dishes, fridge freezer, sofa not convertible, separate toilet and cupboards for storage. Free parking at 800 m. Bicycle rack in common area Bed linen and towels not provided. (sheet rental possible nearby) Pets are allowed. Cleaning option: Flat rate of 60 € to be paid on site to our service provider if necessary. Heating not included. No wheelchair access

Appartement confortable pour 4 personnes face à la piscine et très près du port et des grandes surfaces. Proche embarcadère pour visite et de nombreuses pistes cyclables et chemins à proximité. Il faut marcher un peu pour aller à la plage. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

*Das Apartement war haustierfreundlich & ausreichend Küchenutensilien. *Das Apartment ist nicht für den Winter geeignet, schmutzig & kalt.*Die Angaben & Bilder sind nicht mit der Beschreibung identisch. Geheizt wird mit Elektroöfen. Die Kosten trägt der Mieter, wird vor Ort mitgeteilt sowie die Höhe der Kaution in Höhe von 400,00 in bar mitzubringen.*Matratzen durchgelegen.*Das Apart. ist renovierungsbedürftig. *Die Rauhfaser hat keinen Anstrich. Alles kalt & lieblos.*Schmutz vom Küchenabzug auf dem Küchenschrank.* Die Dusche ist unhygienisch, verdreckte Ecken s. Fotos.* Die Fassade ist schon sehr mitgenommen & ungepflegt.Wir waren Weihnachten & Sylvester da. Ich bin krank geworden da die Wohnung nicht richtig zu wärmen war, da es überall hereinzog.*Die Fotos sprechen für sich.*Positive Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.*Eine Entschädigung wurde von Fewo angeboten. Fantastisch

Prachtige en praktische locatie. Je kan te voet naar het strand, zwembad, bakker, supermarkt, bus... De regio is heel mooi en je kan veel bezichtigen. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam toen het internet niet naar behoren werkte. Zeker de moeite waard!

Nos vacances

La situation de l’appartement est au top ! Près du port d’Arzon. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Plage du Fogéo pas très loin a pied. Le moins de l’appartement c’est l’exposition de la terrasse.. le soleil n’est là qu’en fin de journée …et la piscine de la résidence n’est pas chauffée. A part ça l’appartement est top. Malgré sa proximité avec le port et ses animations, il est au calme et pas de problème pour passer une bonne nuit….
