PARKING- There is parking for two automobiles , one in the garage and one directly in front of the E2 garage. It is parking at your own risk. There is a maxim size of 19 feet, each vehicle, that will able to fit in the parking spaces.
CONDO PARKING RULES
Due to minimal parking available, no more than one vehicle of any kind shall be allowed on the exterior of the Crested Mountain Condominiums owner’s garage for each residential condominium unit. PARK DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF OUR E2 GARAGE

Vehicles may not exceed 19 feet in length, measured from the front bumper to the end of the vehicle, including trailer hitches and bike carriers. Regardless of vehicle length, the end of the vehicle may extend no further than 20 feet from the garage door. For example, a vehicle that is 19 feet long must be parked no more than 1 foot from the garage door. The purpose of this rule is to ensure that each Unit’s parking space is not obstructed and that there is enough room in the parking lot so that each parking space in front of every garage is fully accessible by car.

Each vehicle must have a parking permit that is clearly displayed and visible from the exterior at all times while parked on the premises. The parking permit must contain the following information: (1) the Unit number 'E2', (2) the phone number for the current occupant of that Unit (the person who has the keys to move the car), and (3) the name and number of the Property Management Company for the Unit.
THIS PERMIT SOULD BE IN THE CONDO WAITNG FOR YOU.

Please note that there is a paid parking lot adjacent to the base of the Crested Butte Ski Resort, located just down the street from the Crested Mountain Condominiums.

Failure to abide by the above rules will be deemed a violation of this policy, and may result in the vehicle being booted or towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. The Board of Directors has authorized the managing agent to remove, without notice, vehicles and/or equipment that are illegally parked. Towing will be at the offending vehicle owner’s expense. Outdoor parking is at vehicle owner’s risk and the association accepts no liability for damages.
