About this property

Charming holiday home of 38 m2 with swimming pool and beach on foot!!!!

Beach house restyled in 2022.

House in a residence with private swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09, (access badges provided), it is located 500 m from the large beach of Kerhillio.
You will have a private place as well as places available for visitors.

With a neat decoration, the house consists on the ground floor of a kitchen area with all the necessary equipment (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker...), a lounge area with a flat screen smart tv 108 cm (net flix, Amazon ...), a wifi and internet connection, a bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Upstairs a bedroom with a bed of 140 and storage, another bedroom with bed of 140 and storage.
Fitted sheets and duvet included.
Travel cot and high chair included.

Outside, a fully enclosed garden with wicket gate, a terrace, a storeroom equipped with a washing machine and storage.

Shops nearby: creperie, pizzeria, renowned atmospheric bar (the Coota), artisanal ice cream, surf shop, bike rental and mini-market (open in the summer season), all located less than 100 metres away.
The house is ideally located 3 km from the city centre of Erdeven and Plouharnel, 9 km from Carnac, 19 km from Quiberon.
Activity: kite surfing, sand yachting, surfing, equestrian centre...
Pets not allowed

Une tres agréable petite maison, tres bien meublée et agencéeTres propreLiterie tres confortable Le jardin est tres joli et bien entretenu La piscine est tres appreciableManque cependant un certain nombre de choses niveau cuisine ,pas de couvercles ni ustensiles a bbq ni couteau a pain par exemple Nous avions deja testé une autre maison de cette residence mais ce n etait pas du meme niveau, nous espérons pouvoir revenir ici un jour !Merci aux hôtes en tout cas

Logement propre, manque un peu d'équipement cuisine. Escalier de menier pour l'étage non approprié aux enfants et personnes PMR, toilettes uniquement au rdc.

Belle maison dans un endroit magnifique

Séjour très agréable dans une région très intéressante. Bon point de départ pour des excursions à vélo. Pas très loin de la plage. L'équipement de la maison est bon. Joli jardin.
