Palazzo is a highly desired, sought after location on the west end of Panama City Beach with 220 ft. of deeded beach access. Only 129 units in the entire building with 3 high speed elevators. Four levels of gulf side covered parking. Elevated gulf front heated pool and spa. With 1475 sq feet of living space and 240 sq feet of gulf front balcony space. Perfect condo

I have stayed at the palazzo numerous times. What stands out about this condo the most was how Nick went above and beyond during the booking and during our stay. He was wonderful ! I highly recommend . The condo was very clean and nicely decorated.

My family of 8 had an awesome week of vacation at this property! We have vacationed in PCB for many years, and Nick was by far the best to work with. From reservations to check out, he made the process easy. He responded quickly to our texts/emails. We would definitely recommend this property.

The condo was fantastic! The condo had everything you would need on vacation including beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels, and all the amenities of home. We enjoyed the big bathroom in the master bedroom and couldn’t ask for a better view of the ocean! Looking to booking many more years to come!

Condo is fully stocked and supplied. Great views and amazing interior. Nick went above and beyond providing beach equipment! He made sure to respond promptly to any questions of ours. Will highly recommend !!!

A great week.

This was a great experience ! My family all enjoyed our stay and agreed that this was one of our best vacations in many years. The unit was perfect in many ways , very very clean , up to date , nice furnishings. There were other obvious extras that we have not seen in other units in years past that set this one apart from all the rest and really showed attention to detail. Nick was very helpful and attentive and made us feel welcomed . Was truly a great week.

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Escape!We absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo! The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view from the balcony was stunning, and being just steps from the beach made it easy to soak up the sun every day.The kitchen had all the basics for cooking in, and there were plenty of towels, extra blankets, and beach gear, which was a big plus. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was exactly as I saw in the photos online. There were some things that we didnt really like. One of them is that the door to the balcony was very hard to pull open and shut. You better have muscles for that. The chairs around the outside table were uncomfortable to sit in. There were no batteries in one of the TV remote controls in the bedroom. I let the host know and he was going to have his team bring some on Monday but I never saw anybody. Some parts of the room was really not so clean. There was a lot of hair in the hall bathroom and in the kitchen floor. Security is always a good thing to have but we felt as tho we were being watched 24/7. All in all tho, we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo and perfect location!

We ended up having our flight delayed and rescheduled which led to a 3 am arrival time, but Nick was awesome with communication throughout the whole ordeal! He went above and beyond with assisting us with a back-up plan for getting into the condo since it was so late! It was a very smooth entry into the condo and the place was very clean upon arrival! We loved the location and the convenience of having restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance! We will definitely rebook the condo next time we are in Panama City!

Both my wife and I took our first vacation together to Panama City Beach. That was over 8 years ago and now we have our home away from home. We are based in Atlanta and are empty nesters who like to travel.

Why they chose this property

When we decided on this condo we felt it was more like a home than just a place to take a vacation. Great oversized balcony where we can relax and enjoy the fantastic views. Very open living room/kitchen area. Master bedroom on gulf side is a huge plus.

What makes this property unique

Palazzo is on the west end of Panama City Beach. Not as crowded as other parts of Panama City Beach. We love the family friendly atmosphere.
