If you want some expansive views of the White Mountains, this is the place to be! The whole house is great, but the deck with those views, holy cow… secluded, nice and private, yet everything you’d want to do in the area is within 30 min or so. The owners are super quick to respond and make everything as easy as possible.

My family had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious for my family. All the room and bathrooms were clean and had fresh linens and towels. The large dinning room table was perfect for family game nights. The house is perfectly located for the lovely morning sunrise and evening views looking over at the Fanconia Notch mountain range. The house was a great home base for our adventures, from visiting Mount Washington, Loon Mountian, and Flume Gorge. The area has plenty of covered bridges, breath taking views while hiking the many trails and caves to explore. Robyn and Jeff were great host and were quick to repond to our questions for our stay in July 2026.

An Amazing Stay

We had a great stay! Jeff and Robyn’s house was beautiful and extremely accurate to the listing. Jeff and Robyn were also great hosts. They were quick to respond to all questions and were very accommodating. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation!

The house was amazing. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we might need. The property has amazing views and was very quiet and peaceful. Great house, location, and host! We had an incredible few days enjoying this well maintained home with incredible views! The house was very cleaned and equipped with all amenities for a weekend away! Beautiful location for exploring the White Mountains

Robyn & Jeff were lovely hosts and very responsive & accommodating. The house was perfect for our family of 10 (my family, my sister’s family & our parents). Lots of games, a well appointed kitchen, and plenty of space. The view is exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The glades

The house was perfect and very well stocked. The view was amazing. Really enjoyed starting our day with a beautiful sunrise and ending our day star gazing. Nice quiet neighborhood too. The owners were very easy to work with. Hope to be back next year

The home was perfect. It has plenty of space, bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. The view is beautiful. Nice spacious kitchen and dining table. The home was so clean. We enjoyed ice skating and skiing at Waterville Valley and Cannon mountain.

Great Stay

Great place. The view can not be beat. Property is well maintained and the owners were very accommodating. House easily fit the 7 adults in our party. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances(popcorn maker, Blender...) even had soap and shampoo for the shower. Very close to some great hiking trails.

Perfect stay

The house is well maintained and the kitchen and bathroom have plenty of supplies for our mixed age group of 6 adults and 4 young kids. We have everything we need as if in our own house. The space is clean and beautifully designed. The mountain view is gorgeous. It feels a home away from home.

Rumney Climbing Weekend

The property was amazing! The interior was new and well-maintained. We used the well-stocked kitchen and grill to have a lovely meal, and enjoyed some smores with the firepit. A lovely view of the mountains from the porch as well. Would highly recommend.
