We were two families with teenagers spending a lovely week in this great house. Fantastic view, clean, well equipped and close to the town square and beach. Nice, helpful and swift communicaton with both hosts and the contact person on site. Thank you very much from all of us! Already thinking about coming back next year.

Perfect family holiday villa

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. It was all we hoped for, for our two week stay in Saint August. The only thing we wasn’t too keen on was the terracotta tiles outside, as they were very dusty. We loved the area, so much so that we will definitely be going back there in the future. The hosts were very helpful, as was the concierge, All in all, highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic house and very luxureous

We spend a week with a total of 8 persons. The house is very comfortable and offers more than enough space. Perfect location, only a 15 minute walk to the village square. Also the second kitchen adjacent to the terrace is very handy. I can recommend this to everyone.

Nous, une famille de 6 personnes, avons passé 2 semaines de vacances parfaites dans cette villa exceptionnelle située au milieu d'une pente avec vue sur la mer, entourée d'un jardin clôturé. A notre arrivée, l'accueil de Mme Jocelyne et la présentation de la maison étaient parfaits. On a retrouvé la maison très propre et surtout bien équipée. Ce qu'on trouve rarement c'est le luxe que chaque chambre a sa salle d'eau. Conseille de notre part, refaire les joints des douches pour éliminer les taches noires. L’ensemble terrasse, pool et cuisine d’été est excellent pour les soirées de grillade. Dommage que la sécheresse soit défavorable pour le jardin. Parfait qu'il soit clôturé, comme ça notre chien pouvait se déplacer à son aise. En tout cas, on a passé des vacances agréables et reposantes dans cette maison. Nous relouerons cette maison sans hésiter.

Wunderschönes, gut gelegenes Haus mit Meerblick, voller Charme, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet.Parken ist auf dem Grundstück möglich, jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin stets freundlich und reibungslos, die Schlüsselübergabe ebenso. Die Dame, die sich um das Haus kümmert ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!Der Pool ist sauber und groß, die Garten-und Pool-Möbel schön und einwandfrei. Die Einkaufsläden/Bäcker/Apotheke/Fleischer etc. und der Wochenmarkt (2-mal in der Woche) sind zu Fuß oder in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wieder das Haus mieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

First off, the pictures don't do justice to the view. Waking up each morning to a nice cool swim looking out to the Mediterranean was incredibly relaxing. Second, the set up of the house with the 3 guest bedrooms on the ground floor each with it's own on-suite bathroom/shower and each with a walkout door directly to the terrace and pool provided an exceptional experience for our family visitors. We enjoyed the "summer kitchen" as well as the main kitchen. The master bedroom on the 1st floor (2nd floor to some) with it's own suite and a roof top terrace with awning provided peace and privacy. If you love air-conditioning (we were not big users but we know these are all effective), this is would be your place as there are units in every room and space. We would have appreciated a cleaner floor when we arrived but all else regarding cleaning was good. Most communication went via a local caretaker which was Ok though English speaking was limited but workable. We would definitely return!

Riesige wunderschöne Terasse mit herrlichem InfinitiyPool und traumhafter Aussicht auf Meer & Himmel

Wir - ein Paar mit drei Hunden - haben einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Wie von den Vermietern versprochen, war der Garten tatsächlich komplett sicher eingezäunt, so daß wir keine Sorgen haben mussten, daß einer unserer Hunde ausbricht und womöglich ein Wildschein jagt, die an der Cote d'Azur auch in den Wohngebieten, Gärten bis sogar auch teils an den Stränden unterwegs sind und sich über Abfalltonnen hermachen. Der Garten war vom Sommer leider vertrocknet, aber das störte uns nicht, denn die riesige Terasse mit einem traumhaften Blick über Meer und Himmel haben uns täglich in den Bann gezogen. Der Infintypool war auch top!

Vue sublime

La maison est au milieu d'une pente ce qui fait que la vue de la terrasse au rez et du premier étage offre une vue sublime sur la mer et l'Esterel qui s'élève derrière St. Raphael. Les levers du soleil en mi-juillet se produisent sur les cimes de l'Esterel et sont un spectacle en soi. La maison est très bien équipée. Les salles d'eau associées aux chambres à coucher sont un luxe. Les deux toilettes sont le minimum vital pour la taille de la maison. Petit b-mol: le jardin terrassée située en dessous de la piscine à débordement n'est pas aussi soigné comme on s'imaginerait partant des images sur internet. En somme, la maison est un havre de paix qui permet des vacances reposantes. Il nous a manqué un ou deux parasols autour du pool à l'emplacement des chaises longues.

Nous allons prendre en considération vos remarques pertinentes. - Nous allons prévoir pour les transats un ou deux parasols au bord de la piscine. - Concernant le jardin, nous ne pouvons pas avoir un jardin verdoyant en juillet et Aout la chaleur estivale brule l'herbe qui ne peut malheureusement repousser. - concernant les toilettes, nous réfléchissons à en mettre dans chaque chambre si cela est possible. Cela fait deux ans que nous louons notre maison et savons que nous devons encore y faire quelques améliorations et vous remercions pour vos remarques qui nous seront utiles. Schöne Villa mit herrlichem Meerblick und sehr guter Ausstattung

Villa louée pour feter les 102 ans de ma tante avec mes frères et soeurs. Tout etait tres bien jusqu a ce que nous comprenions que nous pouvions deplacer la table de la cuisine d été ! dehors. La plancha n est pas bien positionnée donc nous nous en sommes peu servie. Sinon tout etait bien. Nous relouerons peut etre l année prochaine.Bonne journée

Jolie villa avec piscine et vue extraordinaire

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa magnifiquement décorée et très bien équipée. La cuisine d’été est très agréable. La piscine à débordement se marie parfaitement à la vue panoramique sur la Méditerranée et on aperçoit le massif de l’Esterel sous ses plus belles couleurs en soirée. La maison correspond tout à fait au descriptif et nous avons eu la bonne surprise d’un ameublement très qualitatif et chaleureux pour une location. Le village de Saint-Aygulf et son marché sont très agréables et les possibilités d’excursions aux environs sont nombreuses. Une villa où nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Großzügige Villa zum Wohlfühlen

Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und war im großen und ganzen sehr sauber. Besonders die Küche ist sehr durchdacht ausgestattet - von Küchenwaage über hübsche Kochschürzen und Küchentücher bis Tesaroller und Notizzettel ist allerlei nützliches vorhanden. Aus dem Inserat geht lediglich nicht klar hervor, dass es insgesamt nur zwei Toiletten gibt (eine im Erdgeschoss, eine im Obergeschoss). Die Schlafzimmer unten sind relativ klein, zu jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es ein kleines Bad mit Waschbecken und Dusche. Schlafzimmer und Bad oben sind etwas größer. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Toplage. Alles in allem haben wir dort einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht!
