Great stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were only there for a few days and didn’t get to enjoy many of the amenities but we hope to be back soon and stay for a little longer. The property was as described, clean, and check-in was a breeze.

Wonderful Views, Room, and Service!

This is our 2nd time staying in this building. Both times we have been very happy. The room was perfect with multiple bathrooms, laundry, a huge deck overlooking the pool, sunrises, and the beach. We asked a few questions of the management company via email, and they got right back to us. They even brought us up some extra clothes hangars. Thanks so much for a great trip!

Great family vacation!

We loved this condo! Everything was great. Our only complaint is that it was very dusty around all the baseboards and under furniture. It could use a deep clean. But it was beautiful and we had an amazing family vacation! Thank you.

All furniture at living room is too dirty. We used the balcony sits for breakfast and dinner.Also we have found a lot of painting Blue Scotch and debris in second bed room. The shades in second bed room did not work. I have informed about it the host, but no real actions. So I will never rent the unit.I

Summer Vacy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying at 2003 Brighton was an absolute pleasure! The condo was beautiful, very spacious for my family of five and waking up to the sunrise on the beach was beautiful! We enjoyed the beach of course with lots of boogie boarding and would head over to the pool and waterpark in the afternoon. We usually vacation NMB every summer and this was our first time staying at Brighton Towers, it is hands down the best condo we have ever stayed at! Just FYI, the pool and waterpark opens at 9am, you are going to want to get down to the gate around 8:30 am to get a lounge chair, guests line up quickly and take multiple lounge chairs for the entire day, regardless if they are staying poolside or at the beach. I recommend getting a spot under the umbrella, the sun can get intense as the day goes on and you can lower the umbrella if you want. We also did some food shopping at Walmart which is right down the road, checked out the outlets. Alligator Ally in Barefoot Landings was awesome! My 16, 13, and 11 year old as well as my husband and I enjoyed it so much it was very cool! We also went to eat at LuLus and headed over to the arcade afterwards. There is plenty to do for all ages or just hang out on the beach and relax. Great vacay!!

Reviewer Comments: My family and I have been coming to Kingston Plantation for over 20 years. I now bring my daughter and husband for my family vacations. We were so excited to see all the updates Kingston Plantation has been working on and booked our vacation around the completion date. I was contacted about a week and a half before we were set to arrive to let me know of the delay in opening the new water park. At that point, there was no chance to move our vacation around. When we got to our room at Brighton, the water park was our view for the week. Very Disappointing.
