One-bedroom apartment located in a small, quiet, and secure building (with intercom) in Aspretto, a popular area in Ajaccio. No traffic noise or parking problems. Very pleasant, it is ideally located right by the sea (beach is a 2-minute walk away) and close to shops and city centre (5 minutes). The airport is 8 minutes away (4 km) and the ferry terminal is 6 minutes away (3 km). Bus stop (Aspretto) nearby.
The apartment, located on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a small 4-story building, consists of a large room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The terrace offers a beautiful, expansive view of the Gulf of Ajaccio.
Very comfortable 140-size fold-down bed plus a sofa bed. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2021, the kitchen in 2022; new furniture including bedding, washing machine, TV, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer, etc. The apartment is air-conditioned.
Ideal for a couple or a couple with one child. Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday.

AJACCIO

Très belle appartement, très bien équipée au calme. Très propre avec ascenseur et une superbe vue sur la mer. La plage est à 10 minutes du studio. L'arrêt de bus est proche pour se rendre dans le centre-ville. De très bon échanges avec notre hôte Luc. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
