Comfortable 2008 built one level condo nestled on the mountain just above Zona Romatica's cobble stone streets, restaurants, art galleries and the infamous Blue & Green Chairs Beach - Unsurpassed north facing views of Banderas Bay, Sierra Madre Mountains and Puerto Vallarta - Small building with eight condos and a deep blue infinity edge heated pool - Elevator, secured parking for one car, WiFi, Firestick TV and a large private terrace -Ten minute walk downhill to the beach or town and a three minute taxi ride back up to the peace & quiet tranquility surrounded by natures abundance! Nestled on the mountain just above the beach & old town Puerto Vallarta - The district is called Amapas and is a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport - All water sports are available at the beach from kayaking, Para sailing, speed boat rides & sailing.
