About this property

NEW: Apartment with large south-facing terrace in the outskirts! WLAN free!

Come on and feel good. Experience unforgettable days in our unique Upper Allgäu mountains. We offer the right accommodation for you!

Our detached house in a privileged location offers comfortable, fully equipped apartments. The center is about 5 minutes walk. There you will find restaurants, as well as shops, clothing stores and a variety of leisure activities.

Drinks are available in the house at cost price, bread service every morning (except Sundays and public holidays) also at cost price!

Our apartment 'Weiherkopf' is suitable for 1 to 4 people. It is about 40 square meters and divided into a cloakroom, a large, completely new from the carpenter equipped living room (NO separate bedroom!) with 2 fixed beds and a double pull-out couch and TV corner. Please note that all 4 beds are in the same room! The sofa bed is 1.60 wide and 2 m long, the fixed beds: 1.80 wide and 2 m long.

The fully equipped kitchen and shower / WC are separate and completely new in November 2017! Enjoy the sun on the 15 square meter south facing terrace, or use our large property. Sunbeds, umbrella and seating are of course available. Also children's toys are of course available in the garden.

Our house is an ideal starting point for numerous hiking trails, walks or other recreational activities. The bus stop is only 200 meters away, a private parking space for the car is available at the house.

On request, we also offer our bread and beverage service, as well as our "filled fridge" service at cost price. Baby cot or high chair we are happy to provide for free.

Children under the age of 14 - depending on the season - reduced from the indicated price, please ask for this without obligation!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Kleine, aber feine Fewo!!!

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung; alles sehr durchdacht. Die separate eigene Terrasse ist super. Nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die im Haus wohnen. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Wandermöglichkeiten unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeitsgrade.

Idyllischer Urlaub im Allgäu

Kleine Fewo, ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht und mit schöner Terrasse. Wir haben die Woche in Obermeiselstein sehr genossen.

Saubere, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Haben uns die Woche dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine schöne kleine gemütliche Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr freundlich. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne, kleine Wohnung.

Wegen des schlechten Wetters haben wir uns oft in der Wohnung aufgehalten. Sie ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Allgäu.

Einfach Schön

Hallo! Haben eine tolle Woche in der FeWo von Familie Steiner verbracht! Frau Steiner sowie Herr und Frau Kennerknecht waren immer sehr nett und freundlich und immer für einen guten Ausflugstipp zu haben! Die Wohnung war Super-Sauber und bietet alles was man braucht! Wir hatten 3 schöne Tage in Obermaiselstein. Wir verschickten die Anfrage und erhielten sehr schnell die Rückmeldung. Innerhalb eines Tages war alles organisiert. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war klein, aber fein eingerichtet. Die Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen. herzliche Atmosphäre und Ruhe

Wir haben eine Woche hier in Obermaiselstein verbracht und uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung war für eine Woche für zwei Personen perfekt. Alles was man benötigt ist vor Ort. Das Haus umfasst mehrere Ferienwohnungen, bietet aber genügend Privatsphäre. Von Obermaiselstein aus sind wir mit dem Auto schnell überall gewesen, wo wir hinwollten um zu wandern. Danke für die schöne Woche.

Klasse Wohnung!

Klasse Wohnung, neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Sehr komfortable Ausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. Schöne große Terasse nach Süden! Der Service war rundum perfekt, Familie Steiner und Familie Kennerknecht versorgten uns mit super Tourenvorschlägen und gaben Tips zur Freizeitgestaltung. Die Ausgangslage des Gästehauses ist perfekt für alle Unternehmungen. Bemerkenswert ist, dass wir noch nie in einer so blitzesauberen Wohnung gewohnt haben. Wir kommen wieder!!! Viele Grüße an die liebe Familie Steiner, sowie die Eltern!!!
