A security deposit of 200 euros is required (to cover any breakage and unsatisfactory cleaning).
Electricity usage will be recorded on the EDF metre upon arrival and departure. It will be settled at the end of the stay.
The tenant must thoroughly clean the apartment at the end of the stay.
