Plenty of room. Very clean. I never got that "icky" feeling I get from Hotels. Walking distance to anything we wanted. Short drive for all others. We were very happy with our stay and hope to return in the future. Thank You!!
Great location! The townhouse was clean and roomy enough for our adult son, my husband and I. We had everything we needed and were near lots of shops and restaurants as well as a quick drive to Rainbow Springs. Communication was quick and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. The place was very clean, supplies stocked, and the host was friendly. It is also in a great location with quick access to Rainbow Springs, antique/thrift stores, and many restaurants. It is also within just a few minutes of a Walmart and a Publix. I would definitely stay here again!
Great location for enjoying Rainbow River. Walked to dinner at Blue Gator. Had lunch at Swampy's Bar & Grille. Simple set up that had everything we needed. Even met the Blues Brothers, just a block down sits their statues.
My husband, sons, and I traveled from MN to FL for my family reunion. This whole process has been a breeze and the communication has been fantastic! Our stay was comfortable, clean, and most importantly, safe!
Property was exactly how it was listed. Great location and communication upon check-in was excellent. Props to Robin Edwards, who went above and beyond for me!Date of stay was 4/1 to 4/8/2025
upon arrival all floors were very dirty including worn shag carpet on stairs. The host, Robin was very responsive and friendly apologizing and treated us to the most darling and whimsical teahouse located one street over. We enjoyed shopping @ the many vintage and thrift shops in this historic district of Dunnellon. We had loads of fun hiking nearby gorgeous trails and visiting the beautiful clear Rainbow and Crystal Rivers. The condo had an eclectic grandma 70s, 80s & 90s style. The house is peaceful and quiet and amenities worked good. Suggestions: blackout curtains in bedrooms, replace dark tv downstairs, better pillows and bedtopper for long term stays.

Thank you for your suggestions, we have installed black out curtains. Thank you for taking such great care of our unit.
Nice place in a nice neighborhood. Two blocks from Highway so getting places was easy.
Cute shops within walking distance.
Mexican restaurant across the street, friendly people good service.
This was perfect for our needs, was located perfectly for everything we wanted to do. There were some snacks waiting on the counter which was nice after a long drive, and I thought that was a nice welcoming touch! A binder with recommendations was helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!
This was a very impressive process from start to finish. Nothing but good things to say about the host. They had everything we needed and more than we expected. Would definitely recommend them for use.
We ended up staying here when our planned arrangements had to be altered unexpectedly. With a deadline to meet, we had to quickly make new arrangements for accommodations, so we blindly picked this one...and am I glad we did. This was certainly the hidden gem of Dunnellon. The location was perfect, and the accommodations were neat, clean and quiet.
The owner was responsive and a pleasure to deal with as well.
I would certainly stay here again and encourage anyone visiting near Dunnellon to stay here as well.
