We are offering the place at a gorgeous, quiet area inside a huge yard.
The big room of this separate unit has 9 windows from the floor to the ceiling, 2 king size beds( one in each room), kitchenette, fridge, wall electrical heaters, bathroom, absolutely amazing view,
location is perfect, parking is always available in front of the house.
There are a lot of public transportation close by, shopping, mall, parks

If you want a slumlord experience, this is for you.

Nina will not answer her phone after 8 PM or before I 8 AM. If you have a problem she will tell you she doesn't have time to be bothered. The pictures on her ad don't show an abandoned car and piles of rubbish in the "large yard". I had to sleep the first night in my car because she refused to come 1/2 block to let me in. The next afternoon when I was allowed in the room was unclean, dirty towel hanging in the window, exposed wires in several places and smelled like mold. She refused to acknowledge that there was anything wrong. I took photos and left. I demanded a refund.
