Clean, well equipped for kitchen and lovely to have an assigned parking spot. Bring your own personal towels and toiletries, but that is stated in the contract. Also nice having a balcony in the sun- bathing suits dried quickly!

Lovely apartment

This apartment is lovely, spacious and clean With a dedicated parking space. A good position for touring the area of Berck, Le Touquet, Montreuil etc Good communication with host and friendly welcome on arrival. Very comfortable bed, nice living area. Good to have chairs provided for the balcony.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cet appartement: très propre, bien équipé, et bien situé ! Nous n’avons manqué de rien.Je remercie Hugues ainsi que la personne en charge de la remise des clés pour avoir été très arrangeantes ! La communication était très simple et chaleureuse. A noter : Séjour effectué en période de canicule. On a apprécié la flexibilité des heures d'arrivée et de départ nous permettant d'éviter les grosses chaleurs lors de nos trajets. Appartement bien isolé tant thermiquement qu'au niveau sonore. Aucune remarque concernant l'équipement.La place de parking associée est un plus.

Eine schön eingerichtete mit allem opulent ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz.Sehr netter Empfang mit allen notwendigen Infos, Wir hatten zwei Fahrräder dabei, die wir in einer Fahrradgarage abstellen konnten und mit denen wir schnell Strand und Stadt erreichen konnten. Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.

Nous venons de passer un excellent weekend avec nos enfants. 😍 Appartement súper prope, bien équipé pour cuisiner, résidence súper sécurisé, tranquille et calme. Très proche pour aller à pied pour voir les phoques. Le monsieur qui nous à donner le clé Super gentil, très agréable personne. Rien négatif à signaler j'aimerais retourner et je recommande vivement. Merci beaucoup Monsieur Huges et monsieur Xavin, à la prochaine Une famille cubaine 🇨🇺

A recommander

Tout était conforme à nos attentes: Le check-in était facile car la personne en charge de celui-ci habite sur place. La résidence est proche de tous commerces. La plage ( dont la plage aux phoques) est à 15 minutes à pieds ou 5 en voiture ( parking payant comme partout à Berck).Le logement est spacieux (nous étions 2) et propre.La cuisine est bien équipée et la literie très confortable.Suggestion d'amélioration: lampes à poser notamment dans le séjour car il n'y en a aucune et c'est plus pratique pour lire et surtout plus agréable qu'un plafonnier.
