Why they chose this property

The spacious 3 Bedroom apartment offers 2.5 bathroom and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room. The apartment also has a spacious balcony with a hammock to enjoy the evening breeze and daily sunsets. One of the bedrooms has a bunkbed and the living room has a pull-out sofa bed. Parking on building premises of the building and pool access included!

What makes this property unique

The apartment is in the Chipipe area of Salinas just a short walk from the iconic Salinas Malecon, the Salinas Yacht Club, robust night-life, super markets, and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe with rolling security patrols and an overall positive safe reputation. In Chipipe, taxis and buses are plentiful and economical to mobilize and explore nearby beaches and attractions. The apartment is about 75 minutes from Guayaquil via car or bus. For a modest fee, I can arrange airport transport from Guayaquil's airport to Salinas.
