The apartment is comfortable and spacious, has 3 beds, has a fully equipped kitchen, TV in every room, free WIFI and free valet parking. There is a pool, hot tub and a gym in the building. Great location, 3 min walk to the beach, very close to Aventura Mall and a 30 min drive to either Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale Airport.

• Shake off beach towels before washing. Sand in the washing machine can cause fire! • No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony. Penalty is $250.
