This modern 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath has everything you can think of and more. It’s 20 minutes form Pigeon Forge, with an easy drive all the way to the property. Once you pull in just step inside and leave all your troubles at the door and let the feel of home take over.

Once inside you will be greeted with a semi open floor plan of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living area is an open space with a comfortable leather sofa and love seat. Plenty of room to gather before meals or relax before bed. The dining area housed in between the living room and the kitchen seats 8 easily. The kitchen stocked with stainless steel appliances that will have everyone wanting to take turns being the chef. Also having a bar makes it even more enjoyable by conversating while cooking or having a taste test done.

You will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms on this level as well. The Mast Suite offers a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, flat screen tv, and private bathroom with a huge, jetted tub/shower combo to soak all your cares away. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and tv, with a private entry to the main level bathroom.

Downstairs is where all the fun begins. From the moment you go into the game room you will never want to leave. It has a pool table, air hockey, foosball table, table for card, arcade game, mini put-put, sauna, basketball hoops, and a punching bag for the competitive ones who hate to lose. More into watching movies than games, this house has you covered. On the same level as the game room is a huge den with a big flat screen tv, fireplace, and mini bar. On the deck off the game room is a brand new bubbly hot tub just waiting for you to come relax outside.

The other two rooms are also on this level. One having the second king bed and the other having two twin bunks. This is perfect for the kids to be able to head to bed after finally wearing out with all the game playing. The two rooms share a full bathroom, but there is also a second half bath, so it doesn’t get too crowded.

Both levels offer big decks so anyone wanting to step outside for some fresh air will have easy access at any time. The main level deck is set up to where you can plan and evening dinner outside if you like or simply enjoy a quick night cap.
