On your adventure to the peaceful town of Leola, South Dakota I invite you to experience my spacious, peaceful Nomad Lodge. It is located 39 miles northwest of Aberdeen, SD. Feel right at home with a full kitchen, dining room with a farmhouse style table and living area. Large and small groups alike have plenty of room with 2 private bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen). Start your South Dakota Adventure at the Nomad Lodge.

Large, light, and cozy open living and dining rooms call for nestling in with conversation and soul-filling activities. Games, TV and Netflix provided. Well equipped kitchen for the most discriminating cook.

The Nomad Lodge is a unique space perfect for hosting an event! While it not only has spacious living quarters, the adventure doesn't stop there. The lodge also has an attached finished garage with heating & power and ample parking making it the ideal venue. If you are looking to host an event such as a wedding, party, graduation, meeting, reunion or gathering please contact the host for separate booking.

Gourmet kitchen:
-Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances
-Fully stocked with cookware to host a basic family dinner or a large holiday feast
-Some pantry staples
-A large farmhouse style dining table seats 8+ with an eat-in kitchen island holding 2 stools

Spacious living room off the kitchen & dining room:
- full size couch, loveseat and chair
- Smart TV is loaded with Netflix, Youtube, etc.

Office / Second Living Room / Gym:
- Desk for work space

Master bedroom:
- Large master bedroom with 1 king bed, all linens included
- Smart TV is loaded with Netflix, Youtube, etc.

Bathroom:
- Full bathroom has a stand-up shower. Bath towels and toiletries are included.

Covered Patio:
- The large covered patio has a bistro set for use.

Our house sleeps four adults, two in the master bedroom with a king bed and & two adults in the guest room with a queen. Parties of 4-6 people being the most comfortable.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at Nomad lodge. We had a party of 5 and were in the area to do some Pheasant hunting and the lodge slept all of us and had enough space and amenities to keep all of us comfortable. The property was very clean, spacious and wonderfully decorated. Mike and Marsha were welcoming and friendly and made sure that our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property if you are in the area.

For adults only

Not the place to stay if you have children or furbabies, hides and mounts, adorned the the future but we were not to touch. Understandable, but not with children, I have geriatric dogs that had to remain kennelled so I did not feel comfortable leaving them because they get stiff so easy and became difficult for them to get around. I thought the charges occured were more than they should have been for a town the size of Leola SD. I would not return

Awesome Leola Lodge

The Lodge that Marsha and Mike have is awesome! It’s a barndominum style and is an awesome spot for any kind of stay. Great yard for the dogs to let their energy out and awesome back patio. We were there for a hunting trip and it worked out great for keeping our gear safe in the lodge/shop. Make sure to bring a kennel for the dogs to sleep in the finished and heated shop. Would recommend staying here for any traveler.

We did a family vacation to Aberdeen storybook lane and water park!

Wonderful owners they were so great to work with!! The beds were like sleeping on clouds!! It was super clean so cozy &comfortable we will definitely recommend this place and we hope to return again!! it stormed and we didn’t hear anything!
