Covered terrace, magnificent living space (100 square metres), beautiful décor, large open kitchen. 5 bedrooms (4 doubles with toilet and bath/shower and 1 dormitory for 4).<br>Zero light and noise pollution. The starry sky is spectacular!<br>Close to amenities (2 km: bakery, butcher and post office), 4km for an Auchan).<br>20 minutes from Brantôme, Venice of the Perigord, 45 minutes from Périgueux.<br>Tennis court 2km away.
