Amazing new/modern condo-Walk to beach, Marina and pools. Red Hook/bars near by!

This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular bar connected to the kitchen, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, marina and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, bar with bar stools, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Best Spot on Island, nice Condo!

The Condo was clean, stocked with soaps, and in very good condition! The rooms were renovated and comfortable. We believe this is the best area on the island. The community is also gated which made us feel secure. The Proximity to Sapphire Beach was amazing, that was the best part! It was hard to contact the owner via messaging and text, so I had to call him. Other than that, the trip was excellent!

Marine view condo

Stayed for two nights at this condo- location was nice and overall complex is excelllent (nice pool and Sudi’s restaurant and bar are fantastic). Unfortunately there was construction going on in the building so it was noisy and we couldn’t sit on the terrace-that was the only downside

I've been to Sapphire many, many times and would highly recommend this place. This was a great location and a great deal. Very clean (the fridge did smell a little- baking soda would help). 10/10 and will stay again

Getaway to St. Thomas

The condo was clean and updated. Appeared to be well stocked, but we did not cook while there, as it was a very short trip. The only issue was there was a lobster carcass outside of the front door, in the hedges, so there was a fishy odor when we were coming and going. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

A Dream Vacation

The condo was everything! Close to the beach, the local restaurant, the St. John Ferry! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot — so beautiful! The bed was comfy, amenities were perfect, and restaurant recommendations were top notch! Raleigh did not disappoint!

Perfect condo

The condo was spacious for the 2 of us. It’s in a great location, sapphire beach, and easy to get in and out of the unit. The AC was cold and the showers hot! The wifi and tv worked perfectly which was nice compared to other places that we have stayed. I will book this place again.

What a fantastic unit! I have been coming to St.Thomas for years and this unit has been so far the best! It has been renovated and the details that have been put in, is amazing! Not too mention Raleighs is a great host!! Super responsive and informative! Would defiantly stay again!

My stay was phenomenal! As a St. Thomas native, it was amazing to get to see how well done this property was for my staycation back from the states for the holidays. I was able to stay soak in the relaxation. My partner and I were comfortable, felt secure, and the balcony was EVERYTHING. The view, the coffee, Sudi's and the pool right nearby, everything remodeled, clean, and above expectations. BEAUTIFUL!

You won't be disappointed!

My stay at this location was seamless from check in to check out. It was very neat and clean and conveniently located just steps away from Sapphire beach. I could look out the patio door and see the marina where I had booked an excursion. The only thing that I would change would be to. make the sofa a pull out sofa bed to add additional sleep space. Perfect for a couple or a family traveling with a small child or two.

A Home Away From Home

The condo was AMAZING! Do not second guess staying here. Raleigh sent everything we needed to know about checking in, about the property, etc. What you see is what you get plus more. We were very pleased with our stay. There were a little extras/surprises that I didn’t know were included with the stay. Raleigh thought of the little things and that made our stay even more comfortable, like we were at home. 5 stars ⭐️

Great Location for exploring USVI & BVI

My wife and I just got back from a 8 day stay at Raleigh's property. Raleigh may be the best VRBO host I have encountered yet…his communications were very prompt and helpful as he answered any/all questions we had about the property or the local area. For us, Red Hook was a great location for exploring the rest of the USVI and BVI…and Raleigh’s property at Sapphire beach was a great value. Plenty of space, good appliances & furniture, cold A/C, good internet, and walking distance to Sapphire beach and Sudi’s (2 min walk) & Sapphire Beach Bar (5 min walk). Office & Laundry facilities are 100 feet from unit, and laundry is $6 to wash and $2 to dry. Local Safari buses at the top of the hill can take you to Red Hook for $1, but no good for the return home…as it will take 2 hours because the buses only go clockwise around the island. You cannot safely walk to Red Hook !! No sidewalk, and the road is narrow and curvy with no shoulder. Taxis are $6/PP to/from Red Hook. Our only cons we had were…. I don’t think it’s was effectively communicated that the unit is on the first floor, so the view from the patio is slightly obstructed. Also, can definitely hear the folks in the unit next door when they have the television up, etc..but overall they were respectful. Lastly, for us..the bed was not very comfortable, as it was pretty stiff. Overall, we would not hesitate to stay with any of Raleigh’s properties again…and would use Sapphire beach again as a home base for exploring.

Why they chose this property

I really went over the top when renovating this unit! It has all new flooring throughout (even on the patio), granite countertops, backsplash, built in bar by kitchen, two 55 inch flat screens and more. It has high end furniture, bar stools, awesome artwork, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkel gear, and coolers. I am steps from one of the pools and have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

What makes this property unique

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is truly the best you'll find! We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and 1/2 mile to Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment!!
