Located about 15 minutes from the city center, this newly renovated multigenerational farmhouse is equipped to hold any gathering. This property is a destination on its own! Enjoy historic and local decor with modern amenities. Get competitive outside with basketball or beach volleyball! Take in sunsets from the deck, porch, or fire pit. The memories waiting to be created here are endless!

Reconnect with family and friends in my family's farmhouse. It is newly renovated complete with new kitchen, 500 MB WiFi, two 58" smart TVs (BYOP-Bring Your Own Passwords for streaming services), plenty of games, and outdoor area. Enjoy nature and abundant wildlife throughout the property. Take a walk and visit the O'Keefe Creek that runs through the back of Hilliard Haven.

Bring your swimsuits, boat, kayak, ATV, or snowmobiles to enjoy the nearby lakes and trails just minutes away.

This farm has provided countless memories for my family since 1931. We are excited to give guests the opportunity to create their own! My family and I have worked hard to update the property over the last few years. It brings me joy seeing others enjoy it just as much as I have throughout my life!

*Disclosure: A security camera is located in the upper right corner of the porch/main entrance. If tampered with, there is a fine and possibility of immediate eviction.

*This is a working farm. At any time, myself, family members, or hired workers may need to complete garden, field, land or yard maintenance or complete work in/on the outbuildings. We will not need to enter the house unless there is maintenance that requires immediate action. I will contact you as soon as possible if someone will be on the property. Feel free to say hello!

*Whilst we have regular pest control, there is a risk you may see insects, spiders, or mice (rarely) inside and outside the property as this is a rural farm. These may include: Asian lady beetles("lady bugs"), Japanese beetles(metallic green), bees/hornets, ants, and stink bugs. When spending time outdoors, you may encounter more wildlife such as small snakes, ticks, deer, small mammals (raccoons/opossums), coyotes & birds.

*The trail to O'Keefe Creek is closed September 1st-December 1st.

*There is NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED in the house. Thank you for complying.

*Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. During check out we ask guests to place garbage in the appropriate receptacles provided in the garage, place dirty dishes in dishwasher, leave slept-in beds unmade, make sure lights/fans/oven is off and exterior doors are locked.
