Built 2008. Located at 1682 Starfish Rd.
Professionally decorated in reds, greens, and golds. Tile throughout the entire house. Beautiful crown molding and chair rail.
Window treatments in every room...you'll feel like you are at home.

Kitchen/Dining area: Tile counter tops, flat surface stove. Service for eight. (plates, cups, bowls, etc.)

Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, microwave, crock pot, blender, coffee pot and can opener.

Living area: Sofa, Loveseat, Large Recliner, Large Flat Screen TV/DVD. Extended cable/ WIFI (all new Roku TV's installed June 2025....

Bed Rooms: 3 Bedrooms : 2 King beds and 1 twin over a full (bunk style) . The master and 2nd bedroom have Smart TV's. The third (kids) bedroom has a flat screen .

Baths: 2 baths with shower/tub combo.

Large Covered deck with table and chairs...morning sun afternoon shade. Covered stairs, and a sitting area down stairs with a gas grill...... Outside shower. Hot and Cold water....

There is a departure cleaning fee that is included in the Vrbo price ... During peak season it is $200 per 7 nights , during off season its $175 .

Ocean Lakes charges a fee to enter the park ... It is $15 per night per vehicle ...You will pay this directly to them before you arrive.

Parking for 3 cars.
All rules of the park MUST BE FOLLOWED.

This house was perfect for our girls to celebrate their bday weekend. People of all ages can enjoy this location and feel your kids are safe… owner was awesome at responding and even left cupcakes to help celebrate their special day!

Extremely nice home

This home is very nice. It is clean and the master bedroom and bath are very nice. The property manager was excellent. She checked in to ensure we had what we needed and to meet us. I would highly recommend this home.

Nice House

The property was nice, we especially enjoyed having a golf cart which is a must for this community. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond when we had issues with the grill. The contract was a bit confusing regarding the cleaning and additional $150 cash fee.

Beach Perfection!

I can’t say enough positive things about this home. I’ve stayed in many homes in Ocean Lakes for the past 15 years and this is by far my favorite. Everything worked! TVs, lightbulbs, showers, golf cart, stove… nothing was broken or on the fritz. The property manager was friendly and helpful, she couldn’t have been better. Oh, the mattresses were so comfy and had zip on mattress covers, which is so rare. It smelled amazing, the furniture was so cozy, kitchen was stocked for ease of use. For my family and I, this was simply, beach perfection.

Great weekend away

Booked early in ‘22 as a household family trip. Some family circumstances changed and decided to bring along my dad, handicapped brother and my daughters bff w us too. Weather was perfect for the season, enjoyed 2 great beach/pool days and 1 rainy aquarium/shopping/board game day. Deborah was great in communicating and even was able to get us checked in earlier than expected. Home was clean, beds comfy, kitchen supplied, golf cart was an extra treat! Will def be back :)

Excellent Place for A Family

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was very clean. We appreciated the use of the golf cart, which was left charged and ready for us when we arrived. Our host went above and beyond to communicate expectations, answer questions, and prepare the house for our arrival.

Relaxing Week .. Just What We Needed

The house was great, off the beaten path of park traffic. There were 5 of us but we never felt crowded, everyone found "their spot" for the week and enjoyed it. Naps on the deck were peaceful and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Vacation that took a Vacation

Beautiful Home! Excellent communication and Friendly Interactions with Deborah, Even though I became sick the second day we were there with a sever Sinus Infection, never even dipped my toes in the water, my husband was the Best ! He said this was one of the most restful Vacations we’ve ever taken! We definitely would stay here again! Can’t never tell what’s gonna happen on Vacation!

Amazing stay

From the moment we walked in, it smelled so clean which for me is a BIG DEAL !!!! Perfect location, and Deborah was so easy to work with from the start. Even during our stay she answered any questions I had. Golf cart was perfect and everything was in great condition. Shower downstairs was a PLUS !!! In all it was an amazing stay and would def stay here again or in any property Deborah manages.

Everything about this property was great. Rental agent was east to work with and quite accommodating. She was available when we needed her (0nly twice). Well equipped and new kitchen. I would build cleaning fee into cost of rent - for some that seems more palatable. The only negative was the location - a little tricky to get to recreation area ..... our 8-9 year olds kept getting lost on their bikes 😀. They got it after a few days! Thanks for a great week!

Perfect for two families!

We actually stayed here June 2-6, 2014 and then again June 1-4, 2015. This house is a beautiful vacation rental. We had 4 children and 4 adults and there was more than enough room! We would stay here again in 2016, but we are adding 2-4 more adults so we have to find a bigger space. June is an amazing property manager, she is very responsive and we have LOVED working with her. In fact, we contacted her to help us find a vacation rental this May-June 2016 for our beach trip for our larger group and she has paired us with another beautiful home! We can't wait to arrive! We would definitely rent this exact home through June again in the future. :-)
