This professionally decorated unit offers nine foot ceilings, washer and dryer, security safe with your personal combination (for protecting valuables while you're enjoying the beach), individual wall mounted LCD televisions in each bunk, complimentary use of a computer with broadband internet (an Ethernet cable and Wi-Fi are also available for those that decide to bring their personal laptop), and wall mounted hair dryers in each bathroom.

The master suite has a queen size bed, a 26' wall mounted LCD television with DVD player, and private bathroom with plenty of storage.

The two hallway bunks are extremely user friendly with each having a 15' wall mounted LCD television and a reading lamp attached to a dimmer switch for individualized comfort. They always attract rave reviews from our past guests. You won't find bunks like this anywhere.

The living room is tastefully decorated with a sofa as well as a love seat which ensures plenty of seating for your entire family whether you're watching your 55' flat screen television with surround sound or enjoying the breath taking gulf front view through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.

**** Our condo can accommodate 5 guests overnight (possibly 6) but just be aware that we will only have beds for 4 guests with the remaining utilizing the sectional sofa. ****

The fully equipped kitchen includes a side by side refrigerator / freezer with filtered water ice dispenser, electric range, large microwave, dishwasher, and instant hot water dispenser (perfect for making a quick hot beverage or light meal). In addition; the kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cooking necessities that you would find in your own home. The granite counter top and porcelain sink adds the finishing touches.

This unit was freshly painted and refurbished in February, 2018. Comfort and convenience was the goal and the owners spared no expense in upgrades from the crown molding throughout all the way down to the mirror polished floors. A keyless entry lock is installed so you won't have to worry about losing your key. You won't find any contractor grade fixtures here.

Waters Edge amenities include a 410' gulf front beach, two swimming pools (1 heated) separated by a serpentine walkway totaling 5000 square feet (the largest on the island), four level parking garage, community barbeque area, poolside grassy playground with gazebo, fitness center with cardio equipment and a universal machine, and complimentary seasonal beach service.

**** During the months of June and July we only accept weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rentals unless it’s within 30 days of your reservation date. ****

All rentals are subject to an 12% Florida tax and a onetime Service Fee of $150.00. The Service fee includes housekeeping and a peace of mind insurance plan which covers any damage that may take place in the unit. We do not collect a damage deposit. If something gets damaged during your stay; you have the peace of mind knowing that it’s all covered. Just let us know what broke so that we can fix or replace it. It's that simple. Due to previous guests not following our "No Smoking in the Unit" policy, we now must require a $100 smoking damage deposit. This deposit will be returned as long as guests do not smoke in our unit. There are no other hidden charges. We calculate your total rental invoice by adding your Rental rate, Service fee, and Florida tax.

Waters Edge does not allow trailers, boats or RVs on the property.
