About this property

Country oasis with shared swimming pool & hot tub, back yard/deck

Don’t book if you plan to smoke anything of any kind, bring animals or children. 2 people limit. I like to keep a clean, allergen free location for all guests.
Coffee/tea bar, one level home, living room, wet bar, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate & dining nook. Separate bedroom and bathroom-. Shared swimming pool,hot tub, & bbq . Parking in a quiet neighborhood, apartment refrigerator, Linens supplied. Wifi/tv, space heater, a/c is brand new, good naturally lighting, back deck is serene. Private yet close to town. Gym/restaurants/coffee shops/hospital are 7-10 mins away, great hikes and bike trails very close by, Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay, Whiskeytown Lake, an hour away from snow activities.
Quiet hours are 9pm-8am.Trash trucks can be heard twice on Friday mornings (6 am-12 noon). Yard & pool maintenance on Thursdays

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please hand wash any dishes you used. If they are clean and drying, that is wonderful.
Please make sure the hot tub is on low and rest under heat setting before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind or drug use. No excess amounts of alcohol. There is a $100 fee for not abiding by.
Please hang all wet towels/bathing suits outside or on hooks provided.
No shoes on inside house. Use coasters provided. Please clean up kitchen and leave it clean. Clean dishes in drying rack is fine. Fee for major stains

Nice quiet neighborhood, the place was just as advertised. The pool and patio area was nice and relaxing/refreshing! Just what we needed after a very long day of driving. We will stay here on our way through Redding next year if it is available.

Nice quiet neighborhood, got out one morning and did a quick little walk throughout the neighborhood, cold swimming pool and hot hot tub. Rebecca contacted us every day to see if we had any needs. Very enjoyable place to stay.

Wonderful stay!

My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again.

We had an absolutely fabulous time staying at the country oasis. The property was exactly as listed, and met all of our needs. Our host was responsive to all inquiries, and checked in to see if we had any needs mid-stay.The property is in a quiet location, but close to town and all that Redding has to offer is nearby. The unit was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely, clean, and had sun all day. We will definitely be back! Awesome VRBO!!
