Spacious and bright villa, with floor-to-ceiling windows in every room offering lake views,
Direct entry into a large, brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with a central island.

1st bedroom: large, facing the rising sun, double bed (can accommodate a baby bed, provided) + closet and storage, large bathroom and separate toilet nearby;

2nd bedroom: double bed + closet and storage + private shower and toilet;

3rd bedroom upstairs with 1 SOFA BED.

4th bedroom on the mezzanine with 2 bunk beds

5th bedroom in a hallway opening onto the living room without a door, with 2 bunk beds

Living room and dining room: 70 m²

Laundry room: washing machine + shower (very convenient after a day at the beach) + sink + gas stove (handy for cooking dishes with strong odours!) opening onto a small courtyard with a clothesline;

Shaded terraces with a large table or lounge chairs;

Parking in front of the house for 2 cars; private fenced-in courtyard with a gate leading to the lakefront path (pedestrian and bike path—no motor vehicles allowed, lit all night) with internal access—airtight, electric blinds in all rooms

Household linens not provided. End-of-stay cleaning is optional and costs 80€ (to be paid upon arrival)
