Close to tennis

Clean accommodation w/older appliances. Helpful onsite manager with great attitude. Landscaping needs a lot of work, no grass- just dirt and weeds. Creates a gritty situation on patios and pool deck. Safe neighborhood, perfect if you are attending Evert or Battle of Boca for tennis. 25 min to beach.

Good Overall. Room for improvement.

Host stated we could request small extra bed, but ignored our message requesting it. Blinds were missing some panels, A/C controller was non-functional, unable to adjust temperature, Sink smelled terrible when using it. Hopefully Host can notice for future guests.

The unit is exactly what we needed, and the service was great, too. That's why we always stay here when we're in the area.
