Old barn completely renovated in 2019 for a modern and comfortable cottage! Located in the heart of the charming village of Mareugheol, near Issoire. It consists of a spacious and bright living room-kitchen on the first floor overlooking a superb terrace of 26 m² with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the beautiful evenings of summer, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds (which can be joined), a large bathroom and a separate toilet. On the ground floor: a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined), a laundry room, an independent toilet. Outside, large fully enclosed land with lawned area. Garage, cellar. Beds made on arrival and towels provided free of charge, heating included. To discover nearby: Auvergne Animal Park and Villeneuve Castle, Auvergne Volcanoes Park, La Godivelle Nature Reserve, Valley of the Saints (ENS) and Boudes vineyards. A 75 at 10km.
