The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with a double sofa bed, large screen TV and home cinema, Wifi, a dining area that can accommodate up to 4 people
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates, raclette, fondue, waffle iron, pancakes, croque monsieur....
- A room with a queen-size bed (160×200), TV, sheets and towels included
- A bathroom with bath and WC

For even more comfort : washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A balcony of 6m² to enjoy the beautiful days. In summer, garden furniture is available.

The apartment is ideally located in Gréolières, in a very pleasant and calm environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of restaurants, grocery store, bars, market, ski equipment rental...
