Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was awesome with our stay! Wish we had known about the construction on the street. But as far as the property it was great and great location to beach and pompano joes!

Great stay! 5 stars!

Family of 5 had a great stay, condo was clean and spacious. Located just minutes from everything and walking distance to the beach! Would definately stay here again!

Great Place

Loved the place. It was great place for the teens close enough for them walk down and get ice cream or go to the beach and not be that far away. The pool was an added bonus and came in clutch since double red flags were up most of the time.

Perfect for a ladies weekend!

Perfect accommodations for two ladies just enjoying the weekend, very conveniently located with a quick walk across to public beach access! Perfect under unit parking!

Cute and tidy

This place was so beautiful! It was exactly how the photos looked!! Very clean and I am super picky about places being clean and it didn’t feel gross at all!

The property is across from the beach as noted but no beach view. The queen bed squeaks loudly every time you move - was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The unit was clean and the water pressure is good. There is no ice or filtered water from the refrigerator freezer.

It was wonderful and a one minute walk to the beach. Clean rooms and a safe place for our family. The beach area was right across street with walking distance to Pompaes Joes on the beach. We had an issue there the first night and the manager came right on over to our condo. It was fixed promptly and she even brought over some cookies.Awesome manager!!! Lots of room for family! Great place! Close to everything as well!

Spring Break 2022

Fourth spring break trip to Florida and this was an amazing location! The manager was messaged back right away even tho she was at the dentist! Definitely will stay again if the free time comes along.

Destin Trip 2021

This townhome was exactly as described, we couldn't have been happier with the location and the price associated with it. It is literally steps to the beach and you even have a partial view of the ocean from the top floor balcony. We will definitely be staying again in the future.
