House on a plot of 600 m² planted with trees in a small housing estate with a 6.2 x 4 shell swimming pool maximum depth 1.55m with steps to go down, installed in a part of the garden that is completely enclosed and out of sight. Fully enclosed parking. Possibility to park vehicles inside (max 4). You have a large dining room living room of 40 m² and a spacious fully equipped kitchen, as well as 2 large bedrooms (equipped with fitted wardrobes) and beds in 160x200 m. Possibility of 1 baby cot on request. 1 separate toilet. A bathroom with shower, bathtub and 1 toilet.
