Very much enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. Difficult getting in touch with host after check-in to get instructions for the hot tub but she was super friendly once we did make contact.

After having to wait 6 years for my wife and I to be able to take a vacation together I knew I was going to have to come up with a good one. And this house helped make it the perfect vacation!! It has every amenity that you could need. Fully stocked kitchen. King size bed with an ensuite in the master bedroom. One bedroom with a queen and one with 2 singles. 10 minute drive to Raymond James Stadium if you want to catch a football game. We were there for MLB spring training you to see out Toronto Bluejays. Only a 40 minute drive to Dunedin. Nicely furnished deck and then plenty of chairs in the enclosed pool. Definitely enjoyed our stay and can't wait to get back!!

Went to visit for a few days in the area and this house was perfect. Extremely clean, host was great and very communicative and the pool was great. If you’re looking for a house with a private pool in Tampa, look no further.

Great house

Our stay was so nice here. The location was perfect. 5 minutes from from Yankee training stadium, 9 minutes from where the Tampa Bay Lightning play, and really close to some great restaurants. We had a great time just lounging in the pool and hot tub too. Would totally recommend this place.

This is exactly as it was posted. We would've given this a 5 star review but there were issues with the pool/hot tub and this was one of the most important reason we picked this location. I will say that Katie did everything thing she could to get us taken care of and we appreciated her getting it repaired, but were not able the use the hot tub and heated pool like we wanted to. She did offer a discount if we stayed with her again. I would recommend this location to others but I am not sure when would be back to take advantage of her discount on our next stay.

Older home in a great location, central to all the points of interest. Clean and comfortable inside the home, but the pool and barbecue needed attention. Issue with the pool was resolved on the last day of our stay. Overall a good time.

Great overall stay, great house that has everything you need for everyday life utensil and appliance wise. Close to SoHo, downtown Tampa, 10 miles away from amazing beaches. Great host for the home as well. Pool is a real treat. Will definitely make this our spot to stay when the Red Sox are visiting town.

Amazing place.

Fives stars all the way. Communication with the the property manager was spot on. Any small issues were addressed as soon as possible.... be aware the house only streaming services on the TV. We hope to stay there again soon.

A great stay centrally located between shops and food places. 10-15 minutes from downtown and Riverwalk. If it’s night life you seek not far from Ybor City. House was pleasant and quiet in neighborhood that was also quiet. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool like we wanted due to rain but it did not stop the show. My friends and I would stay again if we were to visit Tampa again in the future.

The house was in a nice location. The pool and spa were great. The house could use some updates. The furniture in the living room is a bit worn. Ther was a bit of dog hair and dog food we found while sweeping so assume a dog was there the week before? All in all it was a nice place to rent for the week

I’m sorry you felt you need to give such a low review as most people find The unlimited use of a heated pool and spa at your desired temperature with a huge fully fenced yard to have great value … we have a brand new dreamcloud king bed in master and very nice beds throughout …this is a beachy Fla pool home so it’s not glamorous but it is very clean! we have a very detailed cleaning crew who clean very well and we’ve never had an issue with anything not being cleaned well… we do allow dogs again most people find that a positive amenity along with the free heating of pool and spa … 3 of 5 stars is rather harsh and further the photos reflect the property precisely Maybe look for something more Expensive and modern next time ….

Great house, in a central location, with a wonderful pool.

The house is very comfortable and easily accessible to most of the attractions Tampa has to offer. The only constructive critique I can offer is that the master bedroom is the only bedroom with a tv and neither it nor the living room tv had cable or satellite service- only streaming channels. I know this is the growing trend and I may be showing my age, but I am not quite ready to cut the cord. Otherwise, I strongly recommend a stay at this location. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. The yard was well kept and lush with vegetation and the pool and hot tub were divine.

COCKROACH! Do not stay here!

Dead coackroach! Stains on dining chairs! Multiple cobwebs throughout chairs surrounding pool area! No cushions on outdoor chairs! Dog bowl left outside! Toilet not working! We left immediately and booked a hotel. Any reputable host would apologize and offer some sort of refund. She argued, denied and refused to be accountable, despite seeing pictures and our request for partial refund. This was an ansolute AWFUL experience!

Let’s be transparent you changed your mind and did not want to stay at the house, not based on finding one roach. This is Florida again. Every once in a while, you will find a roach. The house is always immaculate. The Housekeepers’s doing an amazing job. There are no cobwebs by the pool. It’s a gorgeous heated pool and spa. The whole home has just been recently painted. It’s incredibly pristine and clean. I’m not sure what was going on there with you, but I completely disagree with everything that you indicated and every other review will confirm that.

We spent 3 nights over the 4th of July holiday. Very comfortable property. Has everything you may need for a weekend stay! The fenced-in backyard was a big plus for our pooch.

Great family home

This quaint home is great! It has everything you need, a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a great pool and spa area. The home is about 20 minutes from the beaches of Clearwater or St. Pete. Has lots of pool and beach items provided so you don’t need to travel with extras.
