This newly renovated apartment boasts a brand new full kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal while staying in and hanging out in your screened lanai. The apartment included 2 televisions with over 120 channels to surf as well as Netflix and streaming options. The shared center court yard features beautiful lighting a new bbq and firepit, seating and cornhole.

Each of the four units are completely new, including all new appliances, keurig with complimentary coffee, Crockpot, toasters, blenders, & much more!

There are four units on the same property. Each unit is a one bedroom with full kitchen and bath. Each unit features a queen bed and a queen pull out sifa in the living room.
