About this property

Fully equipped studio with pool access

In the heights of Bandol close to nature, I provide
A studio of about 30 m² with terrace and garden. This one is adjoining my home. We share the same outdoor spaces.
The studio is composed of a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, bathroom with bath and toilet.
Upstairs, a beautiful attic bedroom with television, 160 bedding of very good quality. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Outside, there is a large covered terrace, everything you need to have your meals, have a barbecue and relax.
You benefit from an area with deckchair, and a small above-ground swimming pool to refresh and relax. Moreover, you will be lulled by cicadas and bird songs.
The port and beaches are 3 kms away.
