250 m from the large sandy beach of Lecques and all shops on foot, we offer for rent the garden level of our family home, with shaded terrace and garden with trees, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 small beds (which can be pushed together). It can accommodate up to 6 people in complete serenity.<br>washing machine, dishwasher, wifi and parking.<br>For 2 consecutive weeks of rental, we make a 10% discount.

Great location, cute apartment, caring touches by the host (soap, toiletries, fans, bottle of wine in the fridge!) - nothing but good. Without AC in Aug in a heat wave it was def hot but we managed to keep the place in the 80-85 range with fans and closing the shutters. Very responsive and pleasant host.

The owners aswered fast. House was perfect. Close to the beach and a few good restaurants. In the garden enough space. We just missed some relax chairs/beds in the garden. We would recommend this house.
