We are offering a new True North log home. Arrowhead series design with bonus Muskoka room addition. Available year round. Featuring 3 bedrooms ,3 queen size beds, a bunkroom, and 2 full size baths. This cabin is located on a private wooded lot just a few feet away from a clean desirable lake in the township of Lake of Bays. With an incredible view of PaintLake and a great access to a peaceful sandy beach with your own private dock. After a short six minute drive to Dorset, you will have access to full amenities, such as; grocery store, restaurants, LCBO, bank, ect. Also close to Baysville, Huntsville and more. This warm and inviting PaintLake community offers boating, ATV and snowmobile trails nearby. There are acres of woods to explore and boat ramp just up the road. This wonderful family orientated year round cottage has a good size open kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. Enjoy the inside and out with a total of 3, 60" HD smart Tv's complete with high speed internet and Satellite. Main floor has a living room with propane fire place. There is a fully finished bright lower level with additional living space, perfect for the kids! Come and enjoy nature, make great memories with friends and family that will last a lifetime.

Amazing time at a Beautiful Cottage

We all had an amazing time at this place! exactly as the pictures. beautiful private dock. the weather wasn’t the greatest during our stay but we didn’t even notice with such a great location and atmosphere!

What a gorgeous property!

The pics are exactly what you get and more! The private dock is located right across the quiet road, kayaks and paddle boards are fun to explore the lake and the view is outstanding. The comfort is like home, with a fully stocked kitchen. Beds are all ready for you and outdoor living space is perfect with lots of seating options on the deck and around the fire pit. Owners are quick to respond by text if you need them. Be aware that garbage disposal is your responsibility. If you are looking for quiet, peaceful, comfortable, and an impressive cottage, this is it!
