This second-floor apartment features a furnished terrace with a direct view of the Mayenne River, located right in the heart of Laval, at the foot of the old castle.
The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, and electric kettle.
A 180x200cm bed will ensure you have a restful night’s sleep.

tout se niche dans les détails...

location très propre, dans un bâtiment très ancien agréable et très bien situé mais... défaut de porte pour isoler un minimum (WC,...), (trop) stricte minimum en couvert, verre, ... manque une cafetière normale pour le petit déjeuner, pas de minimum huile, vinaigre...
