Private Apartment with pool access
One bedroom apartment on the front side of my house with its own private entrance, full kitchen and living room, the bedroom and bathroom is separate from the kitchen and living room. 1 queen bed and a twin-bed in the living room, whoever stays in the apartment have access to home pool.
Full kitchen, stove with oven, big size refrigerator, living and dining room sets, utensils and more to be able to cook and prepare breakfasts, Can host up yo 3 people or 4 if small kids.
Remote control will be on the mailbox, entrance by the left gate and drive through that entrance. Park in front of the apartment door. Door will be unlocked. keys inside.AT LEAST 1 GUEST IN THE GROUP MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD. Copy of ID required for all adults before check in. NO LAUNDRY AVAILABLE, LAUNDROMAT NEARBY

Mom of 3 kids and 5 grandchildren, all my kids are gone and have their own houses, that is why we decided to rent, I grew up in Peru which is a beautiful country, My mother was English and my Dad was Belgium and the met at WW II , great family, we are a bunch of 12 kids and very warming and happy family.. I love to travel and like to give my guest a bit of what is in Miami to see , depending on your preferences, I have traveled about 1/2 of the World already.. Looking forward to meet you!!!
