Single-story house, adjoining a year-round residence, located in Falleron, 32km from the beaches (Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts, Saint Hilaire de Riez), and 17km from Challans. The house is situated in the immediate vicinity of three farms (cattle, horses, poultry) with farm machinery passing by.

The cottage comprises a living/dining room (wood-burning stove), a kitchen, a separate toilet, an office, and a laundry room; three bedrooms (two single beds, one double bed, and one double bed); and a shower room with a second toilet.

The house has a 500m² garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Wi-Fi. Private parking. All-inclusive price: electric heating, bed linen, towels, and cleaning. Wood-burning stove: free firewood. Optional: Mandatory cleaning fee for professionals €80/stay.
