BLANES T3 Apartment (Right on the Beach, Pool)

Our apartment is located in Blanes, on the Costa Brava (S'Abanell Beach), right on the waterfront in a private, 24-hour security-monitored residence.

Within the complex, you can enjoy an outdoor pool and a Jacuzzi. The apartment is on the 6th and top floor with views of the pool and the sea and features a terrace and a solarium. You just have to cross the street to get to the beach!

It features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room. It also has air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Parking around the residence is paid from June 15 to September 15 and free the rest of the year.

The city centre is a 15-minute walk from the residence, along the beach. A children’s playground is available on site. Blanes, a vibrant town and family-friendly seaside resort, is located 1 hour and 30 minutes south of Perpignan and 65 km north of Barcelona. (Catalonia). Very convenient access to the train station. You can enjoy a fruit and vegetable market, a botanical garden, a water park, and bingo.
