Come unwind in this one-level, all-brick home in a corner cul de sac lot in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard has a private pool! Sidewalks run throughout the neighborhood, and the park is just across the corner.
Within walking distance, you will find a local PARA center with indoor pools, a basketball court, racquetball, and a workout area, which you can access for a daily fee.
We are less than 6 miles from Bryant-Denny Stadium!
Inside the home, you will find a large living room with a gas-log fireplace, Wi-Fi, and television. You will also find a kitchen with an eat-in breakfast nook to seat four and a dining room that will seat 8. The kitchen is fully stocked!
There are four comfortably sized bedrooms and two large bathrooms, both with double vanities. Two of the bedrooms lead out to the back porch. Beds will sleep 10, including two queen, two full, and two twin beds.
Brand new bedding and pillows in 2024. The main bedroom has a new Serta pillow top mattress.
Laundry is located off of the kitchen.

The backyard was made for relaxing! Covered back porch, fire pit with benches, gas and charcoal grill, and a pool surrounded by a fence that can be locked for safety. (waiver required to access the pool)
The backyard also has an in-ground storm shelter if needed.
Parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway.
Close to everything! Publix, Walgreens, and restaurants are right across from the neighborhood.
