A House Beautiful home tour in September 2022!

“La Salvadera" means sandbox in Spanish and respresents the playful, happy vibe of the home.
It's a Coastal Mediterranean home with pool in the Southend (“lake block”) of West Palm Beach. Newly renovated, this three bed/two and a half bath home has a spacious interior and large recreational yard with pool. Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing with family indoors and out. Three generous upstairs bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom, two with shared “jack and jill” bathroom), two exterior balconies, large kitchen, dining room, living and Florida rooms and heated pool. Within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, the Flagler Drive Waterfront Walking Park and just a five minute drive to the beach.
This smart home has internet, cable TV, whole home audio and a security system. Need a “work from home” space? The primary bedroom has an office/dressing room and the guest bedrooms each have desks.
Once weekly housekeeping is included in the rental rate. The team is available to hire for additional days as well.
Five to seven night minumum and discounts provided for stays of a month or more.

Highly recommended!

Trish was a great host and the house is beautiful and easy to live in. The amazing attention to detail is second to none and made the stay feel like you were staying in a friends house, which I know is the intention, but it truly was. The house is extremely well equipped, with everything supplied from coffee/tea, washing detergents etc, to the beautiful Ortigia toiletries. It is a very safe neighbourhood, with easy access to everything we needed and as my title says…. I would highly recommend it and if I return to the area, especially with friends, I would definitely stay again!

Most perfect VRBO ever!

We had the best girls weekend at La Salvadera! The house is immaculate from top to bottom -- beautifully decorated, comfortable and outfitted with everything you could possibly need. Great beds, heated pool, lots of space and a stunning chef's kitchen. The neighborhood is charming and an easy walk or drive to shops and restaurants. We were all so sad to leave and are already dreaming up our next Palm Beach trip at Salvadera!

Sweet Salvadera AGAIN

This was our second stay at this gorgeous spot—and sadly the last, as it has been sold to some people with fantastic taste! We loved the location and enjoyed walks on the Intercoastal every day, along with all the cultural splendors of Palm Beach and the design scene of West Palm Beach. So much to love and what a stylish place to do it from.
