Due to a new Carlsbad City rule, the house cannot have more than five occupants upstairs and 5 occupants downstairs. The maximum total house occupancy will be 9 people.

Tax is 10% plus $1 a night per bedroom
Cleaning fee is $300 upstairs and $225 downstairs and $500 for 4 bedroom 4 bath
To reserve time, pay 50% rent. 60 days prior to rental date, pay remaining rent, tax, cleaning and security deposit.

Refund policy: rent is refunded if time reserved is re-rented.

3021 Ocean Street is a 2 story beachfront property that sits at the northern end of Carlsbad State Beach. Completely renovated as of January 2013. Enjoy fresh beach-cottage style in the best location in Carlsbad! The house is beach front and walking distance to the village of Carlsbad, with a variety of dining and shopping options. The house also sits about a block and a half from the public boardwalk that runs along the coast, where you can walk/run with expansive ocean views. The property can be rented weekly or monthly as a single 4 bedroom / 4 bath home or as two individual 2 bedroom / 2 bath units. All units have private deck space, BBQ, and access to the jacuzzi. There are also two communal deck areas.

Upstairs: master bedroom with king bed and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pacific ocean. Master bath includes sunken tub and full shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Full kitchen, large living room, second full bathroom, large patio deck overlooking ocean. Living room has a sleeper sofa.

Downstairs: master bedroom with a king bed and full bath, 180 degree ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and full bath. Full kitchen, large living room, large patio deck overlooking ocean. Living room has a sleeper sofa.

**Rents weekly only, Saturday to Saturday, no exceptions. No smoking, no pets, no parties. Maximum people allowed on premise for 2 bedroom unit is 5; maximum people allowed on premise for 4 bedroom is 9.
