Artist's house in Perche

We welcome you to this 19th century residence of 250m2 that we have recently renovated with an architect. We have been able to combine modern comfort, charm of the old and ecological approach.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults OR 6 adults and 6 children.
We are located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, 1h30 from Paris and 15 minutes from Nogent le Rotrou and its SNCF train station.

This artist's house, with exceptional volumes and particularly bright, combines minimalist design decoration and antique designer furniture.

Our house has been designed to welcome our guests by making you feel at home. Open spaces as much as possible on the ground floor and intimate rooms on the 1st floor so that you can make the most of your stay with family or friends. Regularly inhabited by our family, it is not a property only intended for rent, so you will find a real authenticity and all the necessary comforts: beautiful library for adults and children, board games, toys, musical instruments, yoga equipment...

Traveller access
You have access to the entire house. This house is also ours, we ask you to respect it as well as the furniture.
PRM: Regarding People with Reduced Mobility, housing can be complicated for them.
We may allow you to leave late and/or early check-in depending on our possibilities.
Free parking on the property, about fifty metres from the house.

On the ground floor:
A large living room with spacious sofas around a large insert fireplace.
A very large kitchen open to the dining room; new fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. This space is adjacent to the terrace on which you will find a very large table for your family meals (a BBQ is at your disposal) with a panoramic view of the garden.
A scullery with washing machine, dryer and a very large American fridge.

On the 1st floor:
2 bedrooms (double beds) sharing a shower room and toilet.
1 master suite (double bed) with bath overlooking the garden - separate toilet.
All the bedding is new and a 3rd toilet on the ground floor completes the facilities.

On the 2nd floor:
A versatile and very bright space of 45m2 will be able to accommodate both your activities (work, yoga etc ...) and your children with 6 mattresses 1 person available.

The exteriors:
The absence of vis-à-vis will ensure you peace and privacy!
A 4000m2 country plot to allow you to make the most of the outdoors, here nature is queen.
From the terrace you will overlook the garden to ensure the safety of your children.

Other notes:
Bed linen and towels are provided and beds will be made on arrival.
The house is heated by a new pellet boiler for ecological, gentle and healthy heating, but we also provide wood to enjoy beautiful fires.

Nearby:
Around our house, several activities are available to you according to your desires, golf, swimming pool, bowling, cinema and skate-park less than 20 minutes away. All the flea markets in the surrounding villages in season, and all year round beautiful walks in the surrounding bocage. Visits to castles in Nogent and beautiful manors in the surrounding area.
