Casita Esmeralda - a cute, hidden gem on a lane, is right in the heart of Pacific Beach, a five minute stroll (3 blocks) from the ocean. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is perfectly located steps to restaurants and everything PB has to offer, yet is a perfect relaxation oasis. The house has been fully remodeled and decorated with style and comfort in mind and comes with a two car garage and fully enclosed yard. Casita Esmeralda is entered through the garage or the side gate from the alley.
