Quarter Deck- 2 Bedroom- In-Town and Near the Beach, Pet Friendly!

Third-coast cool and ready for your island getaway, the Quarterdeck is in the heart of Port Aransas and only a few blocks from the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath is in a great location, but is in a quiet enclave that will provide a relaxing experience. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area to unwind after a day at the beach. There is also a separate dining area off of the large, fully-stocked kitchen. There is not a ice maker in the refrigerator, so please make sure you stop by the convenience store that is around the corner to make sure you are stocked up for your stay. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a King bed. Both share a full bathroom with a tub/shower. In the hall is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. Please bring your preferred laundry detergent.

Outside, you'll find a small deck for enjoying the gulf breezes and a fenced SHARED yard that is shared by the complex for your four-legged friends to use. We've just added a shared breezeway for the complex with covered seating and a game area. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Your stay includes a wi-fi enable television where you can stream your subscription cable services and wireless internet service.

There are two reserved parking spaces for cars or trucks. Any additional vehicles, boats or trailers will need to be parked on the street.

If you have a larger group, consider renting one or more of the other four units on the property. Please contact us for details and assistance in booking multiple units. We also have partnerships with some local businesses for discounts on golf carts and other goods and services.

This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs (no puppies) that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 2 dogs with a total weight under 100 lbs. We charge a $50 per dog pet fee (covers entire stay) and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone. If you are bringing a dog, please message us the breed, age and weight of your dog so we can pre-approve them. Unreported dogs will result in a $200 fee, and may result in immediate eviction without reimbursement for the entire reservation.


At the back of the property, there is a fenced yard for your four-legged friends to enjoy. There is also a breezeway for cookouts, relaxing, or playing games.
