Or stroll upstairs to the large sun deck that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, catching rays, or an evening cocktail under the stars. The kitchen features slate countertops and open design to provide easy access to the dining room and living room. The first floor laundry room includes space to store beach chairs, coolers, and other beach necessities.
