Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave linens on the beds, cleaners will remove.
Trash pickup is on Monday morning, pull to the curve Sunday night or very early Monday morning. No loose garbage, trash lid must close properly.
Grill: PLease wipe down, empty the grease trap, After each use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Due to new HOA Rule, guests are not allowed to use the string lights on the front porch and back deck.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything we needed was provided…Keurig and drip coffee pot. All silverware, coffee cups. Loved the InstaHot that provided hot water for tea and I also used it to heat my coffee cup in the morning to help keep coffee warm!!! Much appreciated on a cold winter morning. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. Everything was in working order. Enjoyed the gas fireplace, provided elegant ambiance. Overall, an excellent stay.

It was comfortable and clean, nice towels and comfortable bed. The garage was not permitted to be used, we had to park on a hill, one day it hailed, lucky there was no damage to our car! I am handicapped, going up 8 stairs to get in the Cabin was difficult, besides getting out of the car on a hill. The back patio dining chairs were not usable since all the chair cushions were badly stained and dirty! The pictures of the home on the site were deceiving, they made the home look bigger than it is. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work! In July 2 weeks before our trip they canceled our reservation to their cabin, because they decided they wanted the cabin.

We really enjoyed our time and the house was perfect size for our family. The only recommendation we have is there was no body wash for either shower. Other than that very minor thing this place is perfect.

BKBK at Torreon

Nice home in the Torreon neighborhood. The location next to the very busy main in/out road through Torreon made sitting out on the great deck in back quite distracting. Always a lot of traffic on that road. Great beds, bedding and pillows. No box of tissue in the bathrooms, no bath soap in Master bedroom, TV very hard to understand with no printed instructions in the house. Had to text with owner a couple of times to get proper instructions. Lack of furniture in the living area made it hard for seating when having guests. We enjoyed our two weeks there riding bikes and playing golf. Nice to get away from Phoenix heat.

Weekend getaway with friends

This property was perfect for a get away with friends or a family adventure. The beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, beautiful porch and patio for relaxing and enjoying the view and beautiful weather. We definitely will stay here again.

Wonderful family stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at your cabin. It was extremely clean and our boys loved the bunk room. We were close to town if needing things but a distance away to enjoy the peace and quiet too. The house backs to a road in the community so that was really our only negative with small children. We will definitely be back!
